Israel says its military only uses lethal force as a last resort. Yet during protests in June, a soldier fired at a cluster of Palestinian protesters and medics, killing a volunteer named Rouzan al-Najjar.https://nyti.ms/2CEWpCa

We analyzed over 1,000 videos and photos, interviewed over 30 witnesses and created a 3D model of the scene to reveal how the 20-year-old medic was fatally shot https://nyti.ms/2CFwsCe pic.twitter.com/Rvh3Co1TtL

Takes the NYT 80% of the article to admit it was not aimed at the Medic. I expect no less from the paper that publishes Anti-Semites, support of Anti-Semites, and support of Hezbollah.

Israel is systematically making life untenable for Palestinians hoping they will leave. Partition wasn’t good enough—they need the whole pie for religious and strategic reasons. Saying so aloud is not anti-Semitic. Israel’s actions are anti-semtic. Including refusing one-state.

Then why did they completely withdraw from Gaza and turn over large swaths of the West Bank to the PA? Those facts kind of blow up your narrative don’t they?

No. You are arguing for Israel and not justice. The fact that they control water electricity and pharma into both Territories (not to mention economic and educational opportunity and movement demonstrates whats up. People have been fooled a while. No more.

Let's see, Palestinians burned down the means of production when Israel withdrew, and despite constant attacks on Israeli civilians, Israel continues to provide fuel, water, and aide supplies to Gaza. Further, the PA is responsible for educating their children, not Israel.

Yea, like the killings going on right now in Nigeria, Zamafra killings, Yobe state killings, Boko Haram have taking over an entire village and a military base. A genocide is going on right now in southern camarron

But our governments are NOT supporting those genocides, whereas they give their full support to Israel. That’s enough reason for us. We are trying to influence US and UK governments to recognise the crimes of Israel.

Secular Jewish man here. Strongly support demilitarization of the West Bank, removal of Netanyahu from power, and believe a two state solution is the only solution. Our historical oppression does not justify contemporaneous oppression of the Palestinian people.

The two state solution has been offered to the Palestinians many times. They don’t want it. They only want all Jews dead - and that includes you.

The ones who tell you that they’re a secular Jew from east coast USA and are therefore qualified to tell you about the obscene treatment that the Israelis deal out to Palestinians in Israeli prisons and how the Palestinians just want coexistence but the Israelis kill babies.

I just got off a 5 hour bus ride. Last thing I want to do is discuss Israel and Palestine with a couple of neo fascist dweebs who utterly refuse to debate the issue in any kind of nuanced level beyond ‘Israel one hundred percent good, Palestine/Muslims one hundred percent bad.’
