Plenty of young evangelicals believe Trump has helped to achieve their biggest goals, but others feel politically homeless. There's a fight for what the term "evangelical" even means, and they are living it.https://nyti.ms/2QbNlZR

It’s 💯 about race! Don’t let em tell it’s about economics or some other nonsense. They’re racial control freaks — and immigrants are a threat to that control.

Just as Blacks are! Our reality doesn’t compliment their lily-white delusions —- so, they mad and vindictive — and it becomes political.

I'm not a Christian and I left the evangelical church few years ago. However I now support President Trump because I'm a fiscal conservative. I fear and against socialism. Many progressives are socialists. Many of them are atheists and they would take away your religious freedom.

Religious freedom is in jeopardy by those who believe that theirs is the only one true God and that he picked Delirium Tremens to run the country. They are NOT for religious freedom. Have you looked at the deficit lately?Donald Trump is not a fiscal conservative, he is a conman.

Toxic article. Just an attempt to rescue evangelicalism from its dumpster fire reputation. As a former evangelical with decades in that system, I am not buying what you are selling. It's as bad as the "Nazis are good neighbors" story.

They need to re-learn Jesus and what he said. Evangelicals have taken Christ out of Christianity. They are caught up in Old Testament fire and brimstone. Watching for the second coming. Thinking that a man like TRUMP can be sent by God is more than crazy.

Well since we are supposed to have separation of church and state, vote for who is doing good for your community and quit worrying about their morals. Politicians are not supposed to be our moral compass or examples of Christianity.

Can't have it both ways. Lgbt American citizens have to constantly worry about " religious freedom" allowing discrimination and taking rights. Cant pick and choose when it's convenient to separate and when it's not.
