He will be accused of vandalism (I could agree) but they are also considering to acuse him of hate crime (he wrote "peace") . This shows you how fascist the prosecutors and judges are in Spain.

Impressive. Every time I have been there there has always been a soldier guarding it. The best I could to was step on it, and be promptly shouted at. I guess they are lowering security.

There was never any soldier guarding it at least for the last 15 years. Anyone could have done easily what this “artist” did.

He is not an artist, he is an infamous and a coward. I would llike tajar he dares such a feat on November 20, when the grateful Spaniards remember Generalissimo Franco, the first to defeat murderous communism on he world. Gracias Francopic.twitter.com/aKHu7FYO9P

A Spanish artist noisily painted a dove on the tomb of Francisco Franco hoping to wake up the former dictator. Officials say that the lack of response from the Generalissimo proves that he is, indeed, still dead.

This is not art, it's vandalism. They are doing it now because the request to exhume Franco has been all over the press. Whilst I believe he should be buried somewhere else, people need to learn how to articulate their ideas and admit how both sides assassinated multiple people.

That’s the minimum we should do. I still do not understand why the catholic church keeps, at home, the body of a person who killed innocent people. I guess someone should explain what are the principles of such catholic community.

None of those political parties talk about Franco, its the left-wing that still wants to keep Franco alive after 40 years because they lost the civil war. We need to move on solve the REAL PROBLEMS of Spain, not talk about the corpse of a dictator that died 40 years ago.
