"I am not pro-marijuana. I don’t believe it is good for you. It can be abused," said Rick Steves travel writer and legalization advocate. "What I promote is civil liberties, and taking a thriving black market and being honest about it."https://nyti.ms/2Q1RXS2

One can abuse cheeseburgers too but they don't make them illegal. He drinks and it's scientifically proven to be much more dangerous than cannabis. However, I agree with his premise that civil liberties are fundamental rights as an American citizen. Neither should be illegal.

If Marijuana isn't "good for you," why does it help treat Cancer, MS, glaucoma, and keeps your digestive system regular? You would have to intake Marijuana often for many years to truly understand it. Everything can be abused though.

I feel pretty similar. It would be far better to legalize, regulate, and tax this natural substance that people can choose to use based on their Civil liberties.

The reason why insurance companies will not cover medical marijuana because it still listed with the DEA As illegal one of the reasons why I moved to California waiting for the day but with Jeff sessions hell can freeze over before he’ll do anything always hope though

I hope he never had anything in his life or families where he has no choice and be so desperate to do anything and search for medical alternatives... but maybe that’s the only way his heart and mind will be opened. It’s a shame for all us suffering and broke from paying for it.
