Let me help you out on this. Is it Biased? OH HELL YES! It's actually more than that. It's Racist in the extreme. It's shameful and appalling and has no place in our society or nation.

Convenient to make this a debate about extroversion/introversion. It is actually just discrimination by harvard against asians. Some minorities dont get the same privilege. Weird

Our scholars need to be in elite schools. Their personality or race shouldn’t have anything to do with it.

I Disagree. Personality or character has a lot to do with how you can contribute to the university both during your studies and after you graduate.

The true disadvantage is to a student who has an introverted parent. Making contact with school/counselors/teachers/coaches/tutors, etc... is difficult if not impossible for an introverted parent.

It’s crazy that they prefer extroversion when people like Gates and Zuckerberg are introverts. But Gates and Zuckerberg were admitted prior to all the identity politics and other b.s. social justice discriminatory admission practices of today.

that does not justify racism. You wouldn't like it if a private shop denies entry to African Americans.
