While diet and exercise can help manage RA (alongside medication), there is no cure. It's a lifelong condition.

I was diagnosed at 61, researched on my own, went on an antinflammatory diet, started taking some supplements. Doing yoga, exercising, and more. My blood work has been notmal for 4 years now. Take a small dose of plaquinil, Ibu as needed, I feel great

Seriously?! Who the fuck cares. As I began to read this sentence, I actually thought it was cancer, or something worse, and then I read the words rheumatoid arthritis 🙄

Do u know anyone close with rheumatoid arthritis? The pain is severe and it starts to affect the fingers, wrist and epsecially awful for a tennis star. The medication given is similar to lupus. RA can come with inflammation that is fatal.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a lifelong condition that can cause debilitating fatigue and loss of mobility over the whole body, making every life (let alone playing tennis) very difficult.
