The Scottish government said that it was reviewing its animal culling laws after a photo of an American hunter posing with the carcass of a black-faced goat set off a furor on social mediahttps://nyti.ms/2D4GcHR

This article makes it look impossible to be a conservationist and a hunter. I am both. I don't know how herds are managed in Scotland but hunting is an essential part of herd management in the United States. #hunterconservationist

Nature has a built in plan for herd management. Wolves, coyotes, mountain lions, etc. Human hunters don't want to acknowledge the obvious. We see through YOU.

Jeezo, NYT, way to mix things up. She shot a wild goat, a stag and a black-faced sheep. The goat and the sheep would have cantered over to her if she'd just rattled a bit of animal feed in a bucket. We don't do trophy hunting in Scotland. We're not sociopaths.

What is it about americans and their obsession in taking photos next to dead animal? First it was that woman taking one in front of a dead giraffe. And now this one ?

You travel all the way to that beautiful countryside to observe its fabulous wildlife and scenery and your urge is to kill something? Seriously, that's where your mind goes, to the darkest most depraved of places? You ropey old skank.
