        Green bean casserole is the fruitcake of Thanksgiving Day side dishes. Everyone has it. Nobody ever actually eats it. How do you know for sure she “invented” it ? How would one ever prove that ?

        Well I'm sorry to learn of her death, but I didn't like that stupid casserole the first time I ate it in the 50s or 60s and I don't like it now, Thank heaven those times are gone.
