Andrew Gillum and Ron DeSantis delivered an onslaught of negativity in their second and final debate before the November electionhttps://nyti.ms/2ELjXbH

Another lame tweet caption from @nytimes I revere(d) NYT for a long time and currently subscribe but NYT is lost in the wilderness in its flailing effort to draw in new readers with clumsy experiments in “fair and balanced” reporting.

There is absolutely no basis for suggesting neither candidate has a positive message. One does and it isn’t DeSantis.

No to Gillum. Against school choice - says will eliminate Step up for Students which helps thousands of families - either those with financial hardships or those with children who have special needs go to the best school for their circumstances. #notogillum

"School choice" is just code for using my tax dollars to pay for someone else to go to private school and defund my kid's school. Nope.

Unless it’s your kid that needs help I’m sure. And it’s not defunding your kids school. Look it up.

Nope, that's exactly how it works. Schools are paid on a per-pupil formula. If you want to send your kid to a private school or a religious school, great. You don't get to cash out the tax dollars that would have gone to your kid to pay for it. Those aren't yours.

Gillum has to debate a dog whistling racist who lies freely about anything and everything hoping “low information voters” will fall for it. Headlines like this do a lot of heavy lifting for @RonDeSantisFL. You need to do better.
