Nationalism seeks power through means that endanger us all. Patriotism, on the other hand, can only be permanently safeguarded through concourse with all people. Nationalism scoffs at the idea of individualism. Patriotism seeks to honor individualism. There's a huge difference.

A patriot is proud of his country for what it does and what it can do. The nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does. The former has an attitude of responsibility whereas the latter has a feeling of blind arrogance that leads to war with anyone who opposes him.

Funny how these tough guys run and flee like cowards. And here we have Trump telling the world that terrorists are trying to come into our country illegally, when in fact, we're exporting alt-right terrorists to Central America.
