A plan to build a 630-foot Ferris wheel on Staten Island came to an unceremonious end, 5 years after NYC officials heralded it as an attraction that would draw touristshttps://nyti.ms/2ED4mLe

They realized if people wanted to sit in a can and inch along they could take a cab through midtown Manhattan.

No no it’s fine. People that regularly take the ferry (like me) are TIRED of tourists rushing the ferry to get pictures and tourists on the ferry in general. Believe me, regular SIFerry users are probably jumping for joy right now.pic.twitter.com/JbXZSOwVXz

Discretionary income, call Biden. President Ann Diener and maybe a Vice President? Gold and Money Back. Voting should be real and counted 100 percent accurately. Today in chronological order, and we get the voting in the end. US Dollar strong. Convictions. https://www.facebook.com/ann.marie.diener/videos/10156752680848545/ …

It wouldve given an amazing view of the harbor with the skyline as a backdrop, but nobody's gonna get on line for hours to get a view from so far away when they can do the same at the WTC or ESB. People take the ferry, get right back on and head back to Manhattan. Always will.
