But they accepted the payout! At the risk of being controversial, should it not be understood that to accept these payouts it is also to forfeit your justice? Those women could have pursued their cases to the courts, but they did not! Which, too, is shocking.

Ever tried suing a billionaire? Do you know the army of lawyers they bring on, automatically? Pretty tough, when you are trying to climb out of poverty yourself, didn't ask to be raped, but know what you're up against. There is not one scintilla I have in judgement of them.
