That is not fare. We are women but we think shall be jail and high fines against women that lie about sexual assaulting.

Do your research. The percentage of false claims is extremely low.

But... What is the difference if they were replaced by the man or the women? Shouldn't they be replaced simply by a good person/good professional regardless of the sex of this person?

They were. Hence not all positions were taken over by women. Women get overlooked because of sex bias. If they were qualified they got the position.

I think those who are qualified the most should get the job. You shouldn’t force more women in who may not be qualified.

I don’t think that’s what happened. A lot of women are overlooked in positions because a man is preferred. That bias was removed for these positions.

So hang you say more men got in because a man is preferred but the. You say companies can’t do that because of the sex discrimination act? That’s makes no sense.

You don’t understand how built in institutionalized bias/discrim. works. These men were taken out of positions for the wrong that they did, then replacements were women because women were purposely considered rather than overlooked. Nothing about lack of qualifications.

No I’m not saying anything about those who were replaced. I’m saying that it shouldn’t be a problem that less women were replacements than men.

Yourbright it shouldn’t be. Women should be considered equal and not passed over for a position because of bias

If we make pulling women into well paid positions even a minor aspect of #metoo , we made a farce of it. It's about justice for victims, not power-mongering.
