It is obscene that they were ever permitted to ask about job applicants’ history of being sexual assault survivors. Who will be held accountable for this practice? #Shame

How is this legal to ask in the first place? And WHY? Do they require them to answer if they have been the victim of any other kind of crime?

My guess is that victims of assault are considered too emotional and might have a bias. Which begs the question if they ask if anyone has ever been generally assaulted or held up or the victim of any other kind of crime.

But they won't ask them if they hate other races even just a little. Crazy how that has no bearing but being a victim of sexual assault would

I once applied to be a firefighter in a mid-sized American city. The screening psychologists administered a questionnaire to all applicants which asked us how many sex partners we'd had.

Maybe #Oakland should ask these cops if they have rape fantasies. This is the same mayor who helped cover up the Oakland police sex scandal which involved dozen of #corrupt cops having sex with a underaged prostitutes and them helping her rid her competition
