Some women experience pregnancy discrimination as a force that knocks them off the career ladder. But for women who work in physically demanding jobs, the discrimination can have life-or-death stakeshttps://nyti.ms/2EArc6c

Refusing to accommodate pregnant women is often completely legal. The only federal law protecting expecting mothers is the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, which says companies that don’t give anyone a break have no obligation to do so for pregnant women. https://nyti.ms/2EArc6c pic.twitter.com/CYQNnbaUQh

This Is really ridiculous and totally absurd. Women rear the families this way as nature has destined for them, and we all owe a ' Vote of Thanks' to them, and not discrimination against them. This must STOP as it is discriminatory and gender biased. Be fair to them.

Companies do not exist for the benefit of their employees. There is nothing 'discriminatory' about it.
