An investigation by The New York Times identified dozens of women who said they suffered miscarriages, went into premature labor or, in one case, had a stillborn baby after their employers rejected their pleas for accommodationshttps://nyti.ms/2ED4dr6

GOD BLESS ALL WHO HAVE ENDURED LOSS. I AM SADDENED BY SUCH HORRIFIC INJUSTICES. I PRAY FOR RESPECT TO BE SHOWN TO WOMEN THROUGHOUT THE WORKPLACE. ITS INHUMAN TO TREAT BLESSED WOMEN SUCH AS THAT. I PRAY UNCOMMON PROTECTION AND SAFETY, PS. 91:1; FOR ALL EMPLOYEES. AMEN AND AMEN.

The US likes to think of itself as a modern democracy but it is neither modern nor, in recent years, particularly democratic. The health and jobs of pregnant women are protected in the EU (including the UK), Canada, New Zealand, Australia and pretty much every civilised country.

Is this supposed to show how caring we are to pregnant women and the unborn? Such hypocrites in this country. Especially the work force.

If you were hired for a certain job then do it or leave. It is not up to your employer to look after you, becoming pregnant is your decision.

The government should pay pregnant womyn to take work off during the whole pregnancy plus a year after birth. Also employers shouldn’t be able to replace them during this time because that is bigoted sexism if they do!

Ahhh yes, blaming others for the choices they make. Did these employers mandate these women to become pregnant?

Rape is a small percentage of pregnancy and almost negligible and compared to loops and planned pregnancies. The subject of this article covers all pregnancies
