The Trump administration is considering excluding transgender people from civil rights protections. Many people took to social media to protest the move, using #WontBeErased.https://nyti.ms/2CYGlwq

We are all equal and should have the same exact rights, and when people in office decide that there opinion hold more weight than what is right. It's time for them to go.

Trump does not believe in science. But you still cannot hold your personal opinion and force it or someone else. FYI you do know that some people are born with both

Exactly why we have to rely on science because we cant force our opinions about gender onto anyone else. Opinions/feelings are not fact

Sometimes science could possibly be a bit biased maybe not intentional. I think if someone wants to be trans then they should be allowed to because they are able to get a surgery for that. That's my opinion and we can all share our opinions as long as we are respectful

No one is saying not to let them be trans. The Trump administration is trying to define gender so that laws can be better understood. Rn the laws are confusing the healthcare and education departments, as well as other government agencies.

Delusional 🤦‍♀️, Trump has done nothing to undermining American values. He has put America's needs first and making sure that Americans can prosper and bring back American innovation. He has not undermined any American value!

Misleading, the Trump administration is saying gender is defined by the genitals a person is born with. I know y'all don't like science but this is just the truth. The administration is doing this to clear up the confusion surrounding policies in healthcare, education, ect.

More than a cursory knowledge of science would explicitly tell you that gender and sex arent exclusively defined by ones genitals

We live in an age of extremes. From self-identifying to gender being fixed at birth. There is a happy medium to be reached where men and women who were born in the wrong body can be treated with dignity and respect. @realDonaldTrump is just a vile rabble-rouser.

No there’s not, one of the fundamentals of science is OBSERVATION. What’s the first thing a doctor used to say before when a child was born? Is a BOY or is a GIRL. Now is no no no let the baby decide later on, total madness.
