We should be afraid of the Republican Party’s refusal to act on climate change. More destruction and suffering awaits.pic.twitter.com/0Z1cHUjkZI

Maybe if the New York Times wasn’t so complicit in underhandedly promoting corrupt Republican politicians, then there would be more timely delivered federal aid to victims of extreme weather events such as Hurricane Michael.

Oh we forgot months ago. We ignored climate science for years, so extra big hurricanes are just the new normal. Good luck!

With hurricanes coming every other month, it is incumbent upon victims to recover quickly, or they wind up on someone else's doormat as old news... - Hurricane Michael Victims’ Biggest Fear: ‘People Are Going to Start Forgetting’https://nyti.ms/2CY5szg

You have to love their sunny optimism that the Republican leadership ever thought about them to begin with.

Hate to tell you folks if you are referring to Trump and the GOP politicians then guess what? They already have. Just ask the people affected by Harvey or Maria. They can fill you in on how that happens.

Its true people do forget as the newer news covers up the old news. As bad as this hurricane was I feel its gotten the least press of any major storm. These people are homeless, have nothing, lets please remember them and donate !
