        It is just a timed political ploy they hope will help them in the http://midterms.Tax  breaks for investors building like wall marts and other service sector retail jobs.They wont invest in livable wage companies because dividend returns are lower.

        Deeper than that. Read the Heritage Foundation goals provided to every elected repuke. Then, consider what occurred after the financial meltdown. They want to remove any chance of the disadvantaged owning a home. And control any chance of upward mobility. Keeping the masses down

        The entire population is under distress because people cannot afford rent. There is an assault on the population by oligarchs such as Trump.
