So what does legalization mean? Where will marijuana be sold? What’s the legal age for use? And what will happen at the Canada-U.S. border? Here’s what you need to know as cannabis is legalized in Canada.https://nyti.ms/2CQcp5k

It's not just consumers who will be impacted by marijuana legalization in Canada. Companies are clamoring to join what some are calling a "green rush" for the industry. “It’s like Seagram’s back when Prohibition was in place and just about to end."https://nyti.ms/2CSPma4

Now, only dried cannabis, oils and seeds are on sale in Canada. But the industry is dreaming up a future that will include products like cannabis-laced candies and marijuana drinks.http://nyti.ms/2CSPma4

Canadians wondering what to expect from marijuana legalization can take a peek at California, where an energetic legal industry has yet to quash the thriving black markethttps://nyti.ms/2yKJ7ko

Hooray for us. Although I don't smoke it myself, I see no harm in legalization. It will free up courts of petty crimes, and bring in revenue for the country. Not to mention the coutless medical benifits. If I were in pain I much rather use something natural over chemical.

You can be sure 99% of its use is not medical. Great excuse though. Kind of like granny's 'rumtizz medicine'.

Not an excuse, I know a lot of people smoke it recreationally which is fine. No different than drinking recreationally. Just stating there are many medical benifits.

#Canadians spent $5.7B on marijuana last year, StatsCan estimates? Almost 5 million Canadians consumed #marijuana last year Around 15% of the population Imagine in the #US that would be nearly 20 billion dollars You could avoid arming #SaudiArabia and chill out a little.

I can legally buy a case of Jack Daniels in America and drink responsibly. Let's assume anyone who uses weed is mature enough to do the same. Just because it's finally legal doesn't mean Canadians will all be stoned. #legalizemarijuana
