There’s a lot of reasons to be glad she is out. She was a poor choice from the start.

Should have never been appt interim chief. That post of the nike emblem said it all. Come on USA Gymnastics how hard is it to find an "untarnished" person.

Work on your headlines, please. She can make all the excuses she wants; the fact is, she worked for the firm that helped cover up the Larry Nasser allegations. So she was in no way qualified to run USAG.

Forcing a woman out of her job in the name of social justice. This is disgusting. How does not agreeing with a Nike ad campaign effect her ability to do her job?

Uhhhh maybe because they’ve got enough public relations issues??? Maybe because Nike is their biggest sponsor. You’re picking the wrong battle here buddy.

I mean, we didn't like that, either, but it was more about how she helped cover up Larry Nassar.

No mention of the fact that she served as Sr VP @ the firm that helped USA Gymnastics cover up for Nassar? I guess putting it this way makes it more tabloid worthy.https://www.vox.com/2018/10/16/17982972/usa-gymnastics-larry-nassar-mary-bono-olympics-kaepernick …

This is a misleading headline, given her problematic history as a consultant who helped USAG cover up Nasser’s repeated sexual assault of gymnasts.
