It must be nice to be able to call the police just because you feel "uncomfortable" while poc have to think hard and calculate risks before calling the police for help because we can be the ones shot or in jail just for minding our own damn business

She should have gotten more than just fired. Charged with harassment at the very least. So tired of this. Everybody’s so paranoid because the guy in the White House is telling them to be. Nothing good can come from this. Please make it stop.

she was fired for acting on her (incorrect) instincts that something was wrong? The man was a renter, she knew he was not an owner. We are taught to speak up when something feels wrong; she did that. Better to speak up then stay quiet when it comes to a woman's safety.

Take color out of this. This was a woman who did not feel safe when she did not recognize this person.

She got on the elevator with him, followed him to his door, watched him unlock it, and then she called the police. Your spin falls apart.

I'm not spinning anything. It's my view on the story. Why can't I believe her intentions were good? I already acknowledged she was wrong.

Because your belief is not supported by the known facts that clearly show she wasn’t afraid and she clearly knew he wasn’t breaking into the apartment.

I watched the video. She went overboard. But also can’t help but feel bad for her. She watched a man come into her building without a key fob. She asked to see it. Should she have been fired ? Not sure.

I guarantee you if that man was WHITE & walking in without his key fob she would have continued on her way. She's a racist, period. No excuses for racism. Her firing was justified IMO.

I eat healthy so now I'm privileged? Wow, you really are a useless troll. Go bother someone else, I have better things to do then converse with racists like yourself.

And..... there we go she calls me racist. You really have no meaning behind your words do you? So empty. Yes. Eating like a vegan does make you privileged. I would bet my life you are an upper middle class privileged white person.
