Democrats in Missouri are grappling with what the party stands for and who gets to define it. What happens will determine the fate of one of the most endangered Democratic senators in the country.https://nyti.ms/2yKiKv0

You can be anti abortion yourself and still support Roe and prochoice for those who chose it this way. Republicans have conveniently twisted this issue for decades now....Democrats should not follow suit.

How is this possible? You have three options: 1) Abortion is mostly permissible and is a legal medical procedure. 2) Abortion is mostly not permissible and should be regulated by the states. 3) Abortion is mostly not permissible and should be regulated by federal law.

The same way you decide that your a Catholic, but acknowledge that there’s other religions in the world...I don’t understand what’s so hard about this concept

While your thoughts on feminism, infant care, and murder will be influenced by religion, the actual abortion procedure isn't governed by religion. It is a medical choice governed by policy and rule-of-law.

Wait. Are you completely unaware that our religious beliefs are constitutionally protected rights? There’s this whole 1st Amendment thing and it’s a *pretty big deal* and you can argue pretty easily that abortion is a mother’s right or human right that should be protected.

Are there any other procedures done in a hospital that would be classified under this same level of discretion?

In the US, the procedure isn’t performed in a hospital, which should be a pretty big red flag that there’s something very wrong with the way America treats women who choose this path.

#Democrats country-wide have already defined who they are: #Socialists who are more interested in violent mob rule than individual rights and civility.

...says the fake religous person who doesnt realize screaming lock her up at rallies is actually mob rule. Also, your social security is socialism...so is your taxes for roads and public safety. Also, how is it your are religious and yet support rapists?
