The 'creeps' are all the male Parliamentarians. Is all the male teasing or approach found objectionable on spot or is a lot of it ex post? It would be unnatural if male and female of any specie to be in a closed environment for extended periods without sexual innuendos.

Let's not pretend that the female of the specie do not cast their sexual nets, the hunter becoming the hunted. Is the primordial instinct also at work, females instinctivly seeking powerful males, be they athletes, or politicians to improve their offspring success rate.

This is no surprise at all. Women have not made much progress against the old white guys' macho insistence on belittling them & treating them as subservient. Sometimes it feels like this is an insurmountable task but we mustn't stop moving forward & reporting harassment/assault.
