        Can't underground lines be compromised by earthquakes? I have a friend who makes a nice living fixing underground lines. For how much he makes, I had the impression it's far more expensive for those underground lines to be repaired.

        lost power, internet, phone all day! also lost groceries not as much as the grocery store down the street, they had to throw away MOST of their meat, dairy, and spoilables because of a few hours of mild wind in the morning i have no refrigerator or internet @ midnight
