There are some social activist types on campus who may give an impression of a “rift” but if you go to your local Asian store, there is no “rift” they find it absolutely maddening that they’re discriminated against for their success

How ironic Harvard is shielding racist admission policies with claim of diversity. When two students from the same background try to apply for an university, and one has to work harder and has fewer chances to get admitted because of the students race, it is racism.

Harvard and Yale engage in institutional racism against Asians. Time to take them down to Chinatown.

Asians are treated differently in Hollywood and academics, it’s time they get equal treatment.

It's just a left wing university discriminating against a minority group. They've been doing that for over 100 years.

To those who don't know what is really about: Harvard ignores asian-americans with awesome grades to accept other minorities with shitty grades.

Since civil rights, american institutions discriminate against whites as harsh if not harsher, but whites failed to do anything about it, while asians are still fighting. This says something about whites tbh.

"Rifts".. because leftists and their fake news narrative pushers can't seem to fathom that not all people think alike. It's called diversity.

These Asians are mad bc they feel they're entitled to attend Harvard and black students are not. Unless one's a Legacy candidate, Harvard bases admissions on the *totality* of the student & incoming class. These Asians are basically arguing that black students dont belong there.

The way it is now, an Asian American and an African American student with the same grade, same family background applying for the same spot, 100% chance the Asian student loses the spot. That is racism. And that’s why true civil right activists should support the lawsuit.

This country owes much of its success to black and native Americans. THAT is why they should get scholarships. Asian and other minorities should not feel entitled to the same benefits

Chinese slaves built the American railroad system. So does this mean we get preferential treatment over Hispanics?

Right... because that’s the same as 300+ years slavery, black codes, Jim Crow, and police brutality. Railroad 😂

Harvard takes many things into consideration other than test scores. Blacks and natives are systemically discriminated against. Making it to this level of academia as a black or native means that you’ve overcome more obstacles than other Americans. Obstacles build character

I feel discriminated against by you. I can’t believe you laughed about the railroad slavery and you make it sound like it’s a oppression competition. Poverty doesn’t discriminate colour. I think theirs a cultural component you overlook.
