He shot an innocent child in the back while the kid was running away then walked back inside like it was nothing. What a monster

He just shot at him. But that's enough. What if the bullet would hit the kid???? This man is lucky. Won't get life. But will spend a few years behind bars.

😳Give him the maximum ... I hate to say it, but if it was a black man who opened fire on a white kid ... it would be attempted murder and he would sit in prison for the rest of his life.

Good.. I saw a guy ranting at a 20ish black student near the university so when I drove back around the building I stepped out of the car and asked what the problem was. I said he was my son. the old guy left really fast... it was funny and I didn't need a gun either... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Assault I thought was hitting someone, shooting at an unarmed person running away sounds more like attempted murder

When you hit someone it's considered battery.

By the book, I believe so. It would carry its own set of charges. Would be assault AND battery.
