Yep, sounds about right. "He turned to face him, appeared to reach for a gun and he feared for his life..." finishes off with "shot in the back of the head." It reads like a god damn Onion article.. except ITS REAL LIFE.

WTF? ANOTHER cop gets away with executing a civilian? THIS is why we kneel. America is injured indeed if the police can get away with murder.

This is a heartbreaking. Why have no criminal charges been pressed? Common sense say if someone is shot in the back of the head they were running in the opposite direction of the shooter. There is no way I could shot someone in the back of the head and they are facing me.

What?! "After testimony from the officer, his wife, his partners and his commander, the majority of the board found Officer Ternand’s testimony that he had believed he was going to be shot by Dakota credible." Did anyone else testify?!

And you wonder why there is so much violence among the Chicago youth. They are behaving the same way that the police in Chicago are behaving. The police are suppose to be the role models.

When is this outrageous miscarriage of justice going to end? Shot a 15 year old in the back of the head, not guilty, a real stretch.
