The idea of charging drivers to enter Manhattan's busiest neighborhoods has been debated for decades, but it could finally have a real shot in Albany next yearhttps://nyti.ms/2Pui83L

@WSJ Yesterday the Stock Market closed and as the Bell Rang the Dow was still dropping. As it opens today will that continue. The whole time Barrack Obama was in office Trump predicted this would happen. Unless Obama did exactly as Donald said. Well Donald is in office.

Donald did everything he wanted to make Wall Street into the market he wanted. So here we are. Donald , you can not pass the blame to Barack Obama. This was your idea. You claim everything that is happening in the Economy. Regardless of trends linked to Obama. This is your baby.

Gutting and renovating the subway would solve the subway crisis. It's a dump. Go to any other city in the world and see how much better it can be.

Why is Albany deciding this? Are they the ones suffering from congestion?

No. It’s nothing more than a tax on drivers to enter the tourist areas of manhattan. If they EVER ACTUALLY AUDITED the MTA, we’d all know the truth about their finances. Throwing money at them doesn’t make the problems go away.

If awful traffic isn't enough incentive to avoid congested areas is a charge going to succeed in doing that?
