Why would they starve? You act like there are programs for the truly needed. This guy has a job,,,and he should live within his means for the income provided with that job. Do you spend more than you make? Is that how you roll?

No, I don't, but I am lucky enough to make a living wage. Not everyone is, because in this country it is possible to work more than a full work week and still not be able to afford basic items.
