The Washington State Supreme Court should go to the Homes of the Families of the Murdered Victims to personally explain their decision!

It’s not very hard. Death penalty is not a deterrent. That’s why USA is the only ‘advanced state’ for want of better phrase to combine the barbarity of executions with highest murder rates.
-
It's a specific deterrent!

-
Not sure why you are struggling with the obvious paradox. You have higher murder rates than countries without death penalty. And those who are executed tend to be poor and/or from minorities. And occasionally the innocent. What an insane thing to be committed to.

Let us ask the victims...oh wait they are likely dead but let the killer live his full life. Oh lets give them healthcare and feed them plus throw in room nboard

Only an American would be jealous about an inmate getting free health care.

The SCOTUS has already ruled that it is constitutional. This judges need to be disbarred.

It’s being devolved to state level dude. This is one of many. Do you not pay attention to news in your own country.

While you’re celebrating, I can’t help but think about their victims

and their future victims

No country in Europe has the death penalty, & each & every one has much lower murder rate. You need a solution that works.

Congrats Washington State for prioritizing the respect of basic human rights over revenge.
-
Cheaper to euthanize them. They forfeited their right to live when they took someone else's.
-
Not cheaper at all. But don't let facts get in your way...
-
Bullets are fairly cheap, friends
-
That just shows total ignorance of the process, the costs and indeed, humanity.

yeah, the state has never executed an innocent person before... also it costs more to execute someone than to imprison them for life. also the death penalty is monstrous (but thats just my opinion)
