        To me instead of testing new drugs on animals why not test them on prisoners? Better for us as they are human tests and do it based on severity of crime to risk of drugs. Might make them think twice then

        Fuck up priority. Death Penalty will be abolished. Sodomy sentence pardoned. How about bankrupts? Section 38 allowed JIM DG to discharge but fucking DG always reluctant. Don't leave it to him. Follow other Commonwealth countries allowing automatic discharge after 3 years.
