"He said all the poor will no longer be poor. But we're even poorer." Soaring rice prices have created frustrations among poor and middle-class Filipinos who make up President Rodrigo Duterte's base.https://nyti.ms/2Pri8Bt

We ate very little rice growing up, we got starch in our diets by eating pasta. We mostly ate meat and potatoes and pasta. We hardly ate any fish or seafood growing up either. I didn’t try Chinese foods until was 25 or 26. I now like beef lo mein, beef with broccoli and pepperste

“The reward of Inherent Corrupt Promises”. Duterte much like Trump rewards of loyalty from there base rolls in slowly and when it does-it often cruel and catastrophic. Unfortunately, it is the law of reciprocity and due reward for mankind.

PHILIPPINES soaring prices generally & most of which is motivated by GREED, is hurting the average Filipino! Medical costs are outrageous, millions turned away to die. The average struggling Filipino makes 2 to 8 Thousand Pesos per Month. Stint in Hospital costs 20,000 Pesos.
