        This is why automatic citizenship by birth should be done away with. The parents need to be either citizens or Permanent Residents.

        The law about being born in the United States and earning immediate citizenship needs to be changed. That privilege is not defined in the U.S. Constitution. Birthright citizenship is wrong, and it is destroying the country for law abiding citizens.

        See.... I know about this long time ago and nobody is doing anything. Chinese women come here when they are pregnant and there are facilities everywhere to take care of them for a few months and when their babies get the passport, they go back.
