This is where ur money goes when the CC appeals to U to give money to their "Bishops Appeal". They say "we're going to feed the hungry, clothe & shelter the homeless, etc.". However, that is not where ur money goes - money to silence victims, legal fees, insurance premiums, etc.

Serious question: How long will hard working people give their hard earned money to this organization? Just use it to help the poor, take a missions trip, do something with your friends to better the world. This rot is to the core.

Never mentioned solving problems with prayer. I reiterate that I am praying for the victims of sexual abuse. No one can dictate how another person lives his/her faith.

Church pays for sexual abuse with money donations. Counties pay for abuse and murder by police officers with tax money. Federal government bails out Wall Street with tax money. Anyone else have the feeling we are getting screwed?

People in good faith give tithes to the church & the church is using it to payout settlements because they can't keep their pecker in their pants. Time to drain THAT swamp, too!
