Thank you for this clear, in-depth and comprehensive article very helpful and useful for both victims and experts. Hopefully will this kind of article help lower the extensive impunity of #rapes...

When is your article about Keith Ellison and his accuser going to be written? How about an apology for your handling of Clinton’s rape and assault victims? Compare the Broderick case with the Kavanaugh case and honestly reflect if there is any bias with your paper. Total joke.

well, in fairness, this time it's to try to sully a good mans name because his confirmation will end the lefts ability to circumvent the voters by being able to legislate from the bench......it almost worked once, it won't even come close this time.

"Fairness?" "Sully?" The reason you are apparently defending BK's nomination is because you yourself expect BK to "legislate from the bench" to serve your preferred political outlook. Double standard. And, "Good man" you say? Maybe. Let's hear her out & hear him out. Then decide.

I wish I could tell my story, but even after decades, I cannot tell the people I wish I could tell. But if my main abuser was elevated to a high position in the courts I'd speak up. I'm with #ChristineBlaseyFord. I feel her pain!

Irrelevant crap, as usual, NYTimes. Soros financed a witch hunt to find anyone who would besmirch Judge Kavanaugh. He came up with this left-wing, lunatic-fringe activist, paid a subversive attorney to set the stage, and unleashed this corrupt charade lie.

There are certainly good reasons. But however good they are, they don't change the fact that a delayed accusation is much more difficult to defend. Not every wrong can be remedied without being good with lots of convictions of the innocent. Then you have a new wrong w/o remedy.

To see the misogyny undergirding all media - aside from ongoing ouster of sexual abusers from the highest ranks - look no further than how the plain facts of how women report is etch-a-sketched to zero at the end of each discussion rather than the default.https://twitter.com/nytimes/status/1042125616634576897?s=19 …

What about women, who are Assaulted every day, in the United States. 1 in 4 women are experiencing Assaults from, Domestic Violence and Sexual Preditors on a daily basis. Many don't, or can go on to become Doctors or Professors, because they were actually harmed, by the "Abusers"
