1) n=34 is a tiny sample size 2) Was diet controlled? 3) Did the study examine the difference in likelihood of injury when continually performing single sets of each exercise to failure, without warming up?

Fit young men. If you're not fit and/or not young then you risk injury from "exercising to exhaustion." And this type of training has little to do with endurance or stamina. Caution advised.
