The national poverty rate remained stubbornly high at 12.3% in 2017, suggesting that the national recovery has bypassed many of the 40 million to 45 million Americans estimated to be living below the federal poverty levelhttps://nyti.ms/2OgWzCZ

@realDonaldTrump is going to tweet that those 45 million Americans are invented by Democrats to make him look bad.

Ummm...correct me if I'm wrong, but don't those 40-45 million Americans happen to also be Trump's base?

Every so called sanctuary city’s mayor readily complains that no new jobs have come in 20 years or more.Yet they welcome unlimited illegal immigrants to compete with Americans for the diminishing number of jobs and creating a tax burden for locals to educate, House, feed illegals

Meanwhile, corporations continue to hire millions of illegal workers who live below poverty rate, and still Dems support #SanctuaryCities, protecting these corporations.

Untrue, as a general statement. Corps are required to run ALL employees thru database that verifies a person's status. Sure some co's do but less n less. We need migrant labor n should always pay prevailing wages..

There are over 20 million illegal immigrants that are here. They are NOT legal workers.

Remember the illegal alien who killed that jogger in Iowa? He used a fake identity to get hired. Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act we now know why e-verify doesn't always work:https://freebeacon.com/issues/39-million-americans-potentially-identities-compromised-illegal-immigrants/ …
