Can't believe this has to be explained yet again: freedom of speech DOES NOT mean freedom from consequences. You can say all the shitty things you want, doesn't mean people are obligated to give you a platform for it, nor are they obligated to listen to you.

Bingo. Anyone can say whatever they want, but be prepared for fallout if you say stupid and offensive things.

What did Norm say that was stupid or offensive? He said it used to be that people could ask forgiveness and attempt to make right by their mistakes. Now, it's a hate mob that can't be satiated. That's not an offensive statement.

No, he said that the victims of Louis C. K's sexual 'misconduct' hadn't suffered as much as he had. That is both stupid and insensitive.

"Of course people will go, 'What about the victims?' But you know what? The victims didn't have to go through that." Hope that helps. If not, you're welcome to your views. Don't feel compelled to share them with me.

Roseanne was so broken up that I got Louis to call her...he said in the interview. “But she was just so broken and just crying constantly. There are very few people that have gone through what they have, losing everything in a day.
