As someone who lives here: No The uneducated culture of toxic masculinity is too strong and too pervasive and nothing short of a seizmic shift and massive social upheaval will change that And we are currently going in the opposite direction with the ultra conservative revolt

Actually SHY started the present hoo ha with her 'men are.... 'comments - oh no she didn't mean ALL!!! - Well grammatically ALL was superfluous and ALL men were right in presuming she included them them. She punched first then ran squealing when punched back.

The Senator for Stupid is a serial lunatic who scams the taxpayers via travel rorts and will drag her 11 year old daughter into the public eye to GoFundMe for a lawsuit that will be thrown out in a second. She is a vile stain on Oz politics and deserves nothing but mock and scorn

Slut shaming will NEVER stop as promiscuous women are viewed as immoral, deceptive and repulsive by society. It is seen as using their sexuality for their own selfish motives by gaining something wrongfully. So let's talk about something more beneficial that adds societal value.

Okay, i get it, the best way to take away a words power is to dilute it. We all know what a slut is and it will never be respectable.

To be clear, in the case of Ms Husar it was one journalist whom led the charge & published the salacious details of the sexual harassment allegations. Those details were irrelevant, and led to the immeasurable damage to her reputation.
