A true graceful winner whos amazing triumph has been overshadowed by the attention monger Serena Williams who is shamelessly shrouding her abusive aggressive outburst which she has a history of as an act of feminism & her way of gaining equality. Give me a break. A real woman 👏

Agreed if it had been any other contestant 1st they would NEVER have acted like that and 2nd the WTA would have wrapped them over the coals!! Disgusting behaviour for a supposed PROFESSIONAL

Does anybody believe Serena would have acted this way and carried on if she was up a set and 3-0 in the second? Anyway, I feel bad for Osaka, the chair umpire, and the game of tennis.

Nowadays the mantra of 'libetated' women seems to be, if all else fails, cry sexism. That'll give you plenty of support from braindead gullible Americans. The coach admitted he was coaching. Serena's outburst was a shameful attempt to Garner sympathy

It's truly amazing how all US media has been almost unanimous in defending Serena. The level of bias is staggering and it's comical to even call it news. The only dissenting views has to come from outside the country! How do you call this free press?

The situation spiraled - didn't have to - referee maybe needs to be examined very closely -check your recordings & his history.

I feel for Osaka. First grand slam, where she demolished her idol, takes a back seat.
