She knew him, it was rumored they had dated briefly, she was on the wrong floor of the apartment building - so much stinks to high heaven about her shooting #BothamShemJean & she shouldn't go free, bottom line. #JusticeforBotham

Just a rumor. Even his family said that was not true. Rumor came from a picture of Jean with other women, and one was suppose to look like Guyger. It doesn't look like her at all.

You open your door with a gun on you at all times? In all likelihood you'd be just as dead as the man she murdered.

You propagate a hyper-violent mentality around masculinity and gun ownership that contributes to a bevy of cultural problems, specifically, small arms proliferation, which in turn kills my friends, family members, and countrymen. So, you can start there.

Wow. Ok, I understand your frustration. I'm never going to be able to please you, but, I'm not a "gun nut." I will protect my home, but, I'm never going to go in the wrong apartment and kill the occupant. Ask anyone who knows me and they'll not say I'm "hyper-violent."

I'm just wondering how she got in. According to one interview with a resident in the building, each door lock is unique. If that's the case the door must have been open and if it was she was probably checking it out. Either way, she didn't have the right to shoot

She obviously shot him because she thought nothing would happen because the cops would protect her but how did she not know what her apt looked like? Was she drunk? Said she was in uniform. Why didn't she just take him. Something about this story doesn't make sense

No she should not, unless intent can be proved. You charge her for murder, she walks free.
