This Russian billionaire is known for big sales like the $450 million "Salvator Mundi," and big purchases like the $95 million he paid for President Trump’s Palm Beach mansion. Now he's the focus of an investigation in Monaco.https://nyti.ms/2QftrNW

We've deleted an earlier tweet that said Dmitry Rybolovlev bought “Salvator Mundi” for $450 million. He sold it for $450 million. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/07/arts/design/dmitry-rybolovlev-monaco-investigation.html …pic.twitter.com/bl4JjPCiFb

He’s laundering money at a whole other level. Real estate transactions are not monitored unless the funds go through banks. President Fatty Mcfat Fatty is his co-conspirator. This is why he’s so beholden to Russia and it’s oligarchs. #alwaysfollowthemoney

Large developers in NYC live in a different world. People in that world knew Manafort & others were running a money laundering ring 4 wealthy Russians out of the Trump Tower. It's a very sad joke that some people believed & still do, that Trump was going 2 "drain the swamp".

It’s fascinating how the Uber wealthy are willing to exchange their so called patriotism for largesse. Theirs is not a political ideology, but class identity. Either you’re wealthy or you’re disposable. What’s sad and frustrating is the folks who support Trump just can’t see it.

Large developers & their financiers in NYC exist in a HUGE swamp. Trump was/is a relatively, mid-level player with a big mouth & the art of promotion. Why anyone would believe someone like Trump was going to "drain the swamp" is beyond me.

Thank goodness they're investigating. No American bank would lend Trump money. And then, suddenly: he started getting lots and lots of big money from - odd, untraceable sources...
