Are we now going to set a precedent where signing an NDA means nothing? I sure hope so cause there is going to be a lot of people coming out of the wood work to get paid, again.

That's not true, government employees cannot be legally bound by NDA's.

Wrong, Obama had 3 Navy seals sign an NDA (Chris Paranto) they quit to tell their story

Members of a military service CANNOT sign a civilian NDA, that is actually illegal, they are however covered by various military NDA's which are between them and the Government, they have the square root of fuckall to do with Obama or the Obama admin.

Looks like Cohen is playing games again to avoid testifying during discovery process. Also Cohen is possibly looking to help keep Trump from testifying while hoping Trump will pardon him.

@MichaelAvenatti has MC and DT cornered. Think about it. They went from full denial to ok let’s rip up the agreement and you can give us our money back. MA is a champion chess player. Don’t mess with him.

MichaelCohen reveals that #Trump made a #130,000 hush money payment to a tree for having just "2 minutes of sex." In Trump's defense, he mistook "redwood" for "redhead." According to #StormyDaniels it was the only encounter where he actually had "wood."pic.twitter.com/PUj1zxXGzF

it doesn't hurt her, but I think most of what was covered in the NDA agreement has already been disclosed, so the fact that Cohen is willing to tear it up is a moot point
