This is insane! "One attribute Ms. Khan shares with Amazon is a strong desire to control the flow of information." This is a terrible comparison. Not wanting personal purchases published is NOT the same as a corporation that wants gag orders against reporting on working conditions.

#Amazon FBA should be a separate business unit from http://amazon.com  because Amazon competes with sellers on popular ASINs by selling below their cost, after deducting Amazon FBA's 30% in fees and over weight fees. #AmazonPrime and #freeshipping

The paper mentioned in the article is essentially PhD caliber writing. Well done, Ms. Khan. Between the anti-trust sentiment and tens of thousands of very low-wage warehouse employees, there's a big target on the back of Amazon.

Is antitrust law about taking down the rich and powerful? Or is it about promoting the common welfare? I always thought it was the latter, but this article seems to imply it is about the former
