        It’s idiotic! They’ve always, or as long as I’ve witnessed football, had the spear rule. Now you want defenders to hold their heads up so they’re head can be snapped backwards? Same with RB’s. Makes absolutely no sense at all.

        Get rid of all the body armour while you're at it as the armour only encourages greater and more brutal tackles. No armour, no helmets in rugby.
