Furthermore detaining anyone charged with a crime indefinitely is a 6th amendment violation to which a noncitizen is entitled to the same rights as a citizen. Much of the constitution, especially the Bill of Rights & later amendments apply to all people regardless of citizenship.

It would be a violation of they were CITIZENS. There is nothing in our constitution or Bill of Rights that is applicable to anyone outside the realm of citizenship. On top of that, the people you are defending are engaging in criminal activity which further strips any "rights".

There’s very little controversy among legal experts over this matter. If a non-citizen is within the borders of the US they have most of the same rights as citizens do. Longstanding SC precedent bans most laws which therefore discriminate against them. Your claim is simply false!
