They did it for one reason only- to make money. Kaepernick did it for attention and money. Nike won't be getting a dime from me.

Well let me ask you a question, DON’t you think the issue of unarmed black man being murdered by the police without consequence REQUIRES MORE ATTENTION?

Yes- very much so. I posted last might that only 2 cops out of 95 trials resulted in guilty verdicts. This is unacceptable. I strongly support the BLM movement. I strongly disapprove of Kaepernick's tactics because it is a distraction. Turns supporters away, not toward, divisive.

I’m curious, if Kaepernick hadn’t chose to kneel would we even be having this conversation. How much media attention do you think unarmed black man being murdered would be getting if Kaepernick hadn’t made it an issue?

And there is the real point peo told King his protest were distractions Rosa Parks wantin to sit up front wasn't the time sitting at lunch counters were a distraction You don't get to decide when people speak out against injustice because you don't want to see or hear it

I was around during MLK 's protests. He never disrespected anyone. What kind of response would Dr. King have received if he had burned American Flags along the march route? Darn little! Had he done this, it would have set the movement backwards. He was right- with total class!

Kneeling during the anthem is a disgrace to all citizens of the USA. Sports heroes have an enormous impact on youth. he does not have the right to do this at work. Try burning a USA Flag at your place of employment- see how your boss reacts.

People being so angry over sneaker company are totally not bothered there's a crazy man who has exclusive access to the largest nuclear arsenal in the world playing president. I'd say that was controversial.

His interview was slaughtered and twisted as everything is - the people who twisted it can sit down. It's not their place to make judgements anyhow. I'm from a military family - @Kaepernick7 never said anything deflamatory. @nike has the right to hire who they want!
