Before any of you judge them, they’re probably living way more interesting lives and probably are way more passionate about their jobs than most of us. They actually deserve raises

They also deal with some of the most poorly-behaved and entitled customers on earth and are trained to smile in the face of verbal abuse on a daily basis. They absolutely do not get paid enough for what they endure to make magic for guests.

Well dang. That’s a bummer. These people are like the true face of Disney for a lot of people. Damn drunk people ruining it, probably

To Disney; I am a stockholder! Pay them a decent living wage! Disney workers should not be sleeping in their cars.

Just wondering, is there a similar issue with those same type of workers at Disney World? Could it also have something to do with the cost of living outside the gates of Disneyland?

No one can live off of the minimum wage. Some companies don’t understand. I worked 10 years full time and part time at a hospital @OleanGeneral. Working toward getting my foot into another company. The pay was terrible. Tell me, who can live off $420 every two weeks.

We have an economic system that is perfectly designed for working class misery. The irony of it all is that Trump has marketed himself to the miserable in such a way that they think he will be a solution to all their problems— and yet his policies only perpetuate them.

Fuck #Disneyland for not paying workers a living wage. You have to be upper middle-class to even afford to go there.
