If Brett Kavanaugh is appointed to the Supreme Court and votes as his record suggests, the Court will move to the right on several important fronts, even as the country’s demographics predict a shift of the electorate to the lefthttps://nyti.ms/2Q27Po5

One subtle but important reason for the Supreme Court’s potential shift to the right with Brett Kavanaugh: He is considerably more conservative than Anthony Kennedy, who he would replace, writes @adamliptakhttps://nyti.ms/2wOAnc7

It’s not just the Supreme Court that could move right. Republicans are carrying out a sweeping transformation of the judiciary, with President Trump installing a historic number of conservative judges to the federal benchhttps://nyti.ms/2Q4cQwf

Sen Whitehouse opening statement is devastating and a total evisceration of Kavanaugh. Should be played and replayed to see just how far along we have moved towards fascism.

Because of the Kavanaugh hearings, my hate for Trump supporting republicans may last the rest of my life. They deserve the poverty they will receive for their vote. Putin has won, he has split us apart. At least for now.

If that's the case, then why did Kennedy himself handpick him? Credible reports suggest Kennedy made a "deal"with Trump that he'd retire, but only if Kavanaugh replaced him...

What Americans should stand for is to tell both GOP and DNC that they should stop politicizing the judges that they appointed to the supreme court. Is not good for judges to be politicizes because they will not give a fair judgment

Americans you should know that judges should not be politicizes for instance if Democrats have a case and they know that judges that are at the supreme court are on their side they will favour them by ruling in favour of Democrats.

I hope Americans can analysis what am trying to say because one can see that our supreme court judges are politicized, they cannot give any far judgment, if GOP have case and they know that judges at the supreme court are on their side they will favour them

The Supreme Court's role is to ensure that all laws passed are constitutional, it should never be left vs right. We need to stop the left's push to legislate from the bench.
